I painted That Summer Feeling thinking about those long summer evenings when the heat of the day finally eases and everyone seems drawn toward the water. What stayed with me was watching the shimmer stretch out across the surface, catching sailboats as they drift peacefully through the luminous glow. The blue sparkling water framed by bright green foliage, inviting you into the scene.

For me, this painting is about capturing that feeling we all chase—long evenings, warm summer haze, gentle breezes, and the simple pleasure of being on the coast.
